* Cleaning 3 rooms apartment (75mp max) = 350 RON
* Cleaning 4 rooms apartment (max100mp) = 400 RON
* Cleaning houses - depending on the surface = 5 RON / sqm
OTHER CLEANING SERVICES
* Cleaning after constructor = 6 to 10 RON / sqm / intervention
* General cleaning = 5.5 RON m / intervention
* Maintenance cleaning= 4,5 - 5 RON / sqm / month - offices
* Washing windows = 3.3 RON m / front (accessible areas)
* Cleaning carpets, carpet injection-extraction = 4.5 RON / m (companies over 100sqm)
CLEANING SOFAS, MATTRESSES, TAPESTRY
* Cleaning textile sofa / pieces (3) = 150 RON, 100 RON / pieces (2) 50 RON / Armchairs
Prices do not include VAT, they are informativeand negotiable depending on the size and regularity for work surfaces.
Prices include the cost of work equipment, tools and machines, the detergents and cleaning solutions and surface treatment, supplies, labor, supervision necessary for all these activities and conditions of team movement in Bucharest and maximum 10 km from the surrounding areas; far away distances are surcharged.
